Our Owner and President, Tracy E. Davis, PE, has over 30 years of environmental regulatory experience, primarily with the NC Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ).  Prior to his retirement from public service on January 1, 2018, Mr. Davis served as the Director of the Division of Energy, Mineral, and Land Resources (DEMLR) where he provided oversight of four regulatory programs: mine permitting, erosion and sedimentation control, dam safety, and stormwater management.  ATS Environmental Solutions, PLLC has the experience and expertise to assist your company in navigating and successfully completing the environmental permitting and plan approval processes housed within DEQ in a timely and cost effective manner.
